After approval, each candidate is briefed by experienced mariners (Master Mariner or Chief Engineer, as required). During this pre-joining briefing, it is ensured that the seafarer is fully conversant with the company's standards, quality assurance systems and various policies, as well as that particular ship’s operation, safety & security systems. During briefing & training, our experts also emphasis on various USCG (if requires), IMO & ILO regulations/conventions including MLC’06 (MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION, 2006).
